What was the highlight of CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel at Chinatown
Very Good
It was in a good location and good value for money however there were some things we weren't happy with.
They photos on the family room were slightly misleading it portraits the room to be bigger than it is. This left four people struggling for floor space with our luggage. The walls are also quiet thin as we could hear other guests arguing during thr night which wasn't pleasant. When we arrived at check we were met with a passive aggressive attitude from a staff member who wasn't very helpful with questions we had.

Clean and well presented for a backpacker style stay
Location for chinatown is great. MRT very close by also. Very modern and clean. Breakfast was decent as included in the room price. Showers were hot. We stayed here as it was one of the cheaper well rated ones. It was ok but many annoying parts.
Air con in the room but it doesn't reach the dorm style beds effectively. Even leaving the bed blind down makes minimal difference. Our top bunk bed was located behind the main room door so everytime someone came in you were in each others way. Breakfast was started to be cleared away around 10.15am when they are meant to serve it till 10.30am. Went to order drinks at the 'bar' but they only had what was in a small fridge. Then the bar drinks on display are only for show! Couldn't have wine even though a bottle was in front of us. Weird. People in our room were so disrespectful and being loud, speaking or unpacking etc but this isn't the hotel fault.

Our stay was pleasant and we would return should we go to Singapore again
The beds were very comfortable and the property was quite stylish
I understand it’s a hostel however the bathrooms could have been a lot cleaner. Also, we had a few issues with our locker…not ideal
